You can easily make 1 cup of delicious peanut butter at home with the following recipe.
- 2 cups peanuts
- 1 teaspoon peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of salt
- Baking Oven
- Food processor
- Airtight jar
Take peanuts, shell them and rinse with mild water. Then put completely shelled peanuts in a bowl and add peanut oil in it. Now for roasting, make sure preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the boiled peanuts on a baking pan and roast them for 10 minutes until you get a smooth texture. While roasting after 2-3 minutes try to stir the pan to prevent the peanuts from burning.
After roasting the peanuts, put them down for a while to let them cool. Now put the warm roasted peanuts into a food processor and get them grounded until you get a creamy texture. While using grounding the nuts, scrap the sides of the food processor with the spoon, mix it and then ground around them. This way you will get a consistency. Scrap the mixture into a bowl and add salt and honey to it as per your taste. Stir it for a minute or two to mix it completely. Now, put it into an airtight jar, let it cool into a refrigerator for almost 2 days to get yummy homemade peanut butter.
